Follow these steps to set up free email reminders via EmailJS:
1. Go to emailjs.com → Sign up free
2. Add Email Service → connect your Gmail
3. Create Email Template — use these variables in it:
{{to_email}}
{{subject}}
{{message}}
4. Copy your Service ID, Template ID and Public Key
5. Paste them in the Send Reminder modal when you click 📧 Send Reminder in Jobs
These are saved automatically so you don't have to re-enter them each time.
Add worker accounts here. Each worker gets their own login and sees only their outstanding photo submissions.

Set the names that appear in messages and notes for each email address.
